To determine the right size, measure the circumference of the hand at the knuckles (excluding the thumb). Extra Small if 6.5 - 7.0 inches. Small if 7.0 - 7.5 inches. Medium if 7.5 - 8.0 inches.  Large is 8.0 - 8.5 inches.  Extra Large if 8.5 - 9.0 inches.
