Who am I buying from?
Upper Limit sells and services fitness and exercise equipment. We have been in business since 1989. Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, we provide retail and commercial gym and exercise equipment thru out Utah and Idaho. We sell a variety of specialized and non-specialized equipment including treadmills, elliptical trainers, exercise bikes, home gyms, and free weights. We also sell fitness balls, stretching tubes, heart rate monitors, lifting belts, gloves, jump ropes, boxing gear, and other fitness accessories. We are proud of our long history and look forward to continued success in providing customers with high quality fitness equipment. We know that it is because of our customers that we are able to continue doing what we love. And because of that we believe that every customer should have a great experience every time they interact with Upper Limit. Whether they be a first time customer, looking for upgrades, or have service needs in an an existing piece of equipment, Upper Limit will be here for them. Our Goal has always been to match our customers with the programs and equipment that will maximize their efforts in achieving their desired fitness level. We have implemented programs for people and organizations of all levels and styles. We have outfitted many homes, summer homes, high schools, universities, recreational centers, gyms, corporate facilities and much more with equipment that provides results. What is your Shipping Policy?
We ship most items out within 2-4 business days. Most items are shipped right from our main warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah. A few select products are drop shipped straight from our manufacturer or supplier. Most small items are shipped via UPS, DHL, or USPS. DHL or USPS may be substituted for UPS by Upper Limit based on the destination of contents of the order. Other bigger items are shipped via one of several common carrier freight companies (Upper Limit will determine which carrier will be the best based on shipping location and the size of the order). Generally we do not ship to APO/FPO Addresses or PO Boxes. However, certain items can be shipped to APO/FPO Addresses or PO Boxes, please call us toll free at 1-800-277-7303 to arrange for these types of deliveries. Pick up options are also available from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah.

What is your Return Policy?
Upper Limit will gladly give a full refund (minus shipping or freight charges) within 30 days of your purchase.
