We ship most items out within 2-4 business days. Most items are shipped right from our main warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah. A few select products are drop shipped straight from our manufacturer or supplier. Most small items are shipped via UPS, DHL, or USPS. DHL or USPS may be substituted for UPS by Upper Limit based on the destination of contents of the order. Other bigger items are shipped via one of several common carrier freight companies (Upper Limit will determine which carrier will be the best based on shipping location and the size of the order). Generally we do not ship to APO/FPO Addresses or PO Boxes. However, certain items can be shipped to APO/FPO Addresses or PO Boxes, please call us toll free at 1-800-277-7303 to arrange for these types of deliveries.
